Aura Soma

Attended an Aura Soma Sharing session about few weeks ago. For those who dont know about Aura Soma, it is something like the "The Language of Colour" which helps a person to understand oneself even better. There are a total of 105 beautiful bottles of rainbow coloured oils made of some natural herbs which you can choose from. "You are the colours you choose". The colours you chose will reflect the needs that lie hidden within. Your colour choice will help you to recognise these needs at a deep level. haha sound cheem right?

In the sharing session, I only get to choose my first bottle called the actress (see below). I think it's rather true especially the potential challenge aspects. haha for those who know me inside out, you will feel that is very accurate lor. I think i am very sensitive to my own feelings but not to others. When people commented on me, i will brood over the issue for very long. I also prefer to stay behind the scene (my comfort zone) cos i dun dare to accept new challenges. The name of the bottle, the actress also reflects my personlaity. I like to hide my emotions from family. No matter how sad i am, i will try not to let them know that I am sad cos i dun wanna them to worry for me. Also, as a teacher i believe that there is also some form of acting involved... haha
